IASIS, awarded as the Non-Profit Organisation of the Year at the Hellenic Sustainability Awards, selected Repath to implement their digital Customer Relationship Management (CRM) transformation project. The goal of the project was the integration of IASIS’ data with Zoho CRM that allowed the different teams of the organisation to effectively manage their partners, clients and volunteers. The project also involved the integration of Zoho Projects with Zoho CRM for better management of the organisation’s national and European programs. Repath created workflows and customs functions to achieve the automation of communication processes and proceeded in the integration of the 3CX call center with Zoho CRM, in collaboration with the company “Voiceland”.
