Email <\/b>deliverability<\/b> for <\/b>Zoho<\/b> CRM<\/b><\/h3>\n

One of the most important settings in a Zoho CRM account is the email authentication.
\nEmail is under the \u201cchannels\u201d settings in Zoho CRM.
\nFrom there you can configure your email senders, email inbox, enable email insights and email sharing preferences.<\/p>\n

Go Settings -> Channels -> Email -> Email Deliverability and click add domain.<\/p>\n

Write a domain email address for example info@yourdomain.com<\/a><\/p>\n

Zoho will send you a verification code. Click \u201cEnter Code\u201d.<\/p>\n

In this new window, add the verification code and click verify.<\/p>\n

Since you have completed the verification process, you have to authenticate your domain using DNS records (SPF and DKIM records). Click \u201cValidate Records\u201d.<\/p>\n

A new window will pop up with two values: SPF and DKIM that you will use at your DNS provider.<\/p>\n

For this guide we are using the Cloudflare DNS provider.\u00a0Click at the domain you want to authenticate.<\/p>\n

Click the DNS button (third option) and then select TXT as your method.<\/p>\n

SPF record might already exist with Name \u201cyourdomain\u201d and value \u201cv=spf1 include: \u2026\u2026\u2026\u00a0 ~all\u201d so you will edit the record and add only the include:transmail.net right before the\u00a0 ~all .<\/p>\n

Make sure you select TXT as your method and set the TTL (Time To Leave) to the minimum (2minutes or 120 seconds)<\/p>\n

For the DKIM record you will create a new record with<\/p>\n

Type: TXT<\/p>\n

TTL: 2 minutes<\/p>\n

Name: 152xxxxxxxxxx._domainkey<\/p>\n

Value: k=rsa; p=M\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026., given by zoho<\/p>\n

After 2 minutes go to zoho crm select validate records and you are done.<\/p>\n

To set multiple senders you have to Go Settings -> Channels -> Email ->Email Configuration -> Organization Emails and add them. A verification code will be send to each one that you have to enter in zoho crm.<\/p>\n
