END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) & TERMS OF USE

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between you (the “Licensee”) and ipassas design (the “Licensor”). By downloading, installing, or using the font software and associated documentation files (collectively, the “Font Software”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Font Software.

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

The Font Software, including its design, structure, organization, and code, is the exclusive intellectual property of ipassas design and is protected by copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties. All rights not expressly granted to the Licensee in this Agreement are entirely and exclusively reserved by the Licensor.

2. Grant of License (Permitted Use)

Subject strictly to the conditions and restrictions set forth in Section 3, permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of the Font Software, to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Font Software.

The Licensee is expressly permitted to:

  • Use the Font Software in both personal and commercial projects.

  • Embed the Font Software in websites, mobile applications, digital products, software, and physical merchandise.

  • Incorporate the Font Software into client work, logos, brand identities, marketing collateral, social media assets, and packaging.

  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Font Software for their own specific operational needs.

  • Redistribute or share the Font Software, provided the conditions in Section 4 are strictly met.

3. Prohibited Use (Restrictions)

The license granted in Section 2 is explicitly revoked, and the Licensee may not use the Font Software (or any modifications thereof), under any circumstances, in connection with the following:

  • Government & State Entities: Any local, regional, national, or international governmental or state-affiliated campaigns, initiatives, agencies, or departments.

  • Political Activities: Any political campaigns, including materials designed to promote, endorse, or oppose any political party, candidate, or political action committee.

  • Law Enforcement & Military: Any marketing, branding, recruitment, or promotional materials for law enforcement agencies, military forces, armed services, or police departments, as well as their direct affiliates or contractors.

  • State Financial Institutions: Any central banks, state-owned banking entities, or government-controlled financial institutions.

  • Harmful Content: Any context, material, or publication that promotes hatred, violence, discrimination, harassment, or illegal activities.

4. Redistribution & Attribution

When redistributing, sharing, or sublicensing the Font Software (whether in its original form or as a modified derivative work), the Licensee must adhere to the following:

  • A complete, unmodified copy of this Agreement must be included with the distributed files.

  • The original copyright notice must be clearly retained in the documentation: Font by ipassas design / ipassas.com

Attribution within the final creative output (e.g., crediting “Font by ipassas design” in a website footer, colophon, or end credits) is deeply appreciated but remains strictly optional.

5. Termination

This Agreement becomes effective upon your downloading or use of the Font Software. This license will terminate automatically and immediately without notice from the Licensor if the Licensee fails to comply with any provision contained herein, particularly the restricted uses outlined in Section 3. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately destroy all copies of the Font Software in their possession.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and applicable European Union copyright directives.

7. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

THE FONT SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS, COPYRIGHT HOLDERS, OR IPASSAS DESIGN BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE FONT SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE FONT SOFTWARE.
